On Saturday, September 30, 2023, several of our associates laced up their running shoes and hit the trails at Saratoga Spa State Park for The 23rd Annual Great Pumpkin Challenge 5K/10K. This spirited event not only promotes fitness and outdoor activity but also serves a greater purpose – raising funds for Saratoga Bridges.
The Great Pumpkin Challenge is an annual tradition that brings together runners, families, and supporters from all over to enjoy a day of outdoor exercise and community spirit. But it’s more than just a race; it’s a celebration of philanthropy and support for a vital local organization.
Saratoga Bridges is a non-profit organization that provides essential services and support to individuals with disabilities and their families in Saratoga County. This organization empowers individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives, offering programs and services that enhance their independence, inclusion, and overall quality of life.
The funds raised at The Great Pumpkin Challenge go a long way in supporting the various programs and initiatives that Saratoga Bridges undertakes. From vocational training and job placement to residential services and advocacy, Saratoga Bridges plays a crucial role in the lives of many individuals in our community.
